Naturopathy and homeopathy have also created supplements for detoxifying a body.

In general a detox for weight loss program will include increases in fiber intake for colon cleansing and certain juices for kidneys. Fiber rich content foods also provide the full feeling which keeps you away from eating frequently. There will also be an emphasis on fresh fruits and vegetables as well as drinking plenty of filtered water. As with any diet it can be tough to follow at the beginning. However, one advantage of this type of diet is that the effects of getting rid of the toxins in your body is a renewed sense of energy and vitality. This energy will make you feel good and make sticking to your new regime easier. Stay determined and focused and when you reach your target weight you can modify your diet some.
