Alfalfa sprouts are a super food?

I consume 200 grams per day, and I feel heathy with a capital H. I buy seeds and grow alfalfa sprouts the same, it cost only a fraction of the price we pay at the store and takes only 4 days on average, from seed to ready to eat alfalfa sprouts.

Yes outbreaks ALFALAS is a super food. But you should try to seed from other outbreaks. Pleinty have of them, with a lot of different flavors, vitamins, minerals and enzyms. I personnaly use about 20 different seeds (lentils, ALFALAS, brocoletti, radish, wheat, quinoa, Cresson, Senf, etc. ..). make me grow in my kitchen and I like almost every day in the salad. I love them.
